We will ship your order anywhere in the world. A customs declaration slip is included before delivery of international orders.
From July 1, 2014, delivery charges include GST, and are:
Orders under $200.00 A$ 12.00
Orders over $200.00 A$ 14.00
Please note that the delivery charge is payable per order, not per item.
Delivery outside Australia
We will confirm the cost of delivery for overseas orders that exceed 2.5 kgs.
If you require express delivery by international courier please advise us on orders@bookwarehouse.com.au.
We will notify you of the additional cost and the anticipated arrival time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders to be delivered within Australia, once packed, should be received within 3-5 days. International orders should be received within 1-6 weeks if sent by Air Mail, and within 6-12 weeks if sent by Surface Mail.
If you order multiple books and they are not all in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek your delivery instructions.
Multiple deliveries for the same order
At this time, if your order contains titles that are in stock and ready to ship as well as titles that are out of stock and must be back-ordered, we will send the back-ordered items to you free of an additional postage or
freight charge. This applies to Australian destinations only.
For overseas orderswe will ask you whether you wish to have the total order held or pay an additional freight charge when the back-ordered titles come in.
Payment Options
We accept cheques, money orders or credit cards (processed off line) for private orders. Schools and other institutions can have an account open with us. Please click here for more information about paying by cheque or money
order.
Customers outside Australia please note that where a cheque payment is to be made, you must draw a bank draft, payable in Australian dollars ($A), and make sure the bank on which the draft is drawn has a reciprocal bank in
Australia.
Account Customers
Terms are strictly 30 days. All prices based on publisher's recommended prices. Prices may change without notice. Discount for schools is 10% unless prices are already discounted. Goods may be sent on approval for you to look
at. Returns will not be accepted for credit after 14 days from invoice date. All returns must be authorised. Please email or ring our office for a return authorisation.
Returns Policy
Book Warehouse is confident that our products represent good value for money. We are proud to guarantee every book that you buy. Within two weeks of receiving a book, you may return it for a prompt refund of the book's purchase
price. Please note that any book which is returned must be in its original condition. Return delivery costs will only be refunded if the book received is a result of our error. Please make sure that the original packing slip is
returned with the books, and that the books are securely wrapped.

Order Cancellation
If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us before you receive email notification that your order has been dispatched.
Pricing and Goods and Services Tax
Prices on Book Warehouse Online are subject to change without notice.
Prices shown on the website apply to goods purchased online. Occasionally a title is mis-priced on the website. Before dispatching your order, we always check
the prices of the books. If the book's price is lower than our listed price, we charge you the lower amount and send you the book. If the book's price is higher than our listed price, we contact you for instructions before
sending you the book.
Note all prices on website include GST, at the rate of 10%.
We will apply 10% discount for schools unless prices are already discounted.
